The insulation and construction are good quality, but empty it's heavier than my old bag. Fine once packed, just noticeable on a long walk.

Packs my Build-A-Bento, a yogurt, and a drink with no problem. Two sections keep the cold stuff away from the dry stuff. Only wish the shoulder strap were removable for days I just want to toss it in a tote.

I bike to work and the shoulder strap plus the flat shape makes this easy to carry. Nothing has leaked and cleanup is a quick wipe. Genuinely thoughtful design.

After about two months the main zipper teeth started separating. Disappointing for the price, though customer service offered a replacement.
